Product #quality #control and #assurance are a very important parts of contemporary #manufacturing systems. There are many different methodologies with pros and cons. Our reserch work summarizes and compares all the quality control methods ( #SixSigma, #LeanManufacturing, #LeanSixSigma, #TheoryOfConstrains and #TotalQualityManagement. Furthermore it provides some future directions for #ZeroDefectManufacturing implementiation and identifies some key advantages of #ZDM compared with the traditional #qualityImprovement methods.
