#ZeroDefectManufacturing is gaining ground compared with other #qualityImprovement methodologies. A downside of #zdm is the increased production #rescheduling frequency due to #mitigation actions because of defects or other #quality oriented events. Therefore, efficient and fast methods for #production #scheduling are crucial for the effective implementation of #zdm .
Our #research work contributes to the efficient re-scheduling of productions with a set of lean but highly efficient #heuristics methods.
